1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Perishable items, supplements, personal care products, or customized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process:
Customers must raise a return request via email, phone, or our website.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and product details.
Once approved, customers can:
Self-ship the product at their own expense.
Opt for our pickup service (₹300 fee applicable).
Refund for Returns:
Refunds will be processed as store credit or back to the original payment method (except for COD orders, which will be refunded as store credit).
Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping charges and pickup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
The exchange request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Damaged, used, or tampered items are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Options:
Courier Exchange: Customers can send the item back via any local courier service at their own expense.
Pickup Service: We can arrange a pickup for a Product service charge.
Processing Time:
Once the returned item is received and verified, the exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Restrictions:
Certain personal care and health-related items may not be exchangeable due to safety and hygiene reasons.
